Our story
Aisle 9 grew from an idea first sparked in 2011: grocery shoppers deserve a proper way to compare prices.
Finding the best deal used to mean visiting store after store, only to realize the better price on one item was two stops back. We wanted one place to find the best prices, see which stores carry the brands you love, and spot sales on your favourite items.
Relying only on supermarkets to submit prices would limit the platform. Relying only on shoppers could leave gaps in the data. Aisle 9 brings it all together.

This Privacy Policy describes how Duoin IT Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Aisle 9 consumer applications and related services (collectively, the "Services").
We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of our Services, and from third-party identity providers.
We use information to provide the Services, manage identity and access, protect security, maintain auditing, improve the product, and send essential transactional or security communications.
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only to authenticated platform users as described above, service providers supporting our operations, when legally required or necessary for safety, or as part of a business transfer.
The app uses Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In to support account access. Those services process information under the Google Privacy Policy.
Account profiles are retained while active. Historical activity and audit records may persist for marketplace integrity, security, compliance, or legitimate business protection. Local storage remains until cleared or overwritten. You can request account deletion from Profile in the app or through our Account Deletion Request page.
We use standard authorization controls, encrypted database connections, Row-Level Security policies, and role-based administrative permissions. No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict processing of your personal information. Submit requests to app.support@duoin.co.

Aisle 9
To delete your account in the Android app, sign in, open Profile, and select Delete account. We verify the request through your signed-in account before processing it.
Cannot access the app?
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject “Aisle 9 account deletion” so we can identify and process your request.
Request account deletion by email
Your account profile and personal account data are deleted or de-identified. Shopping-list data and other personal account content are removed with the account where applicable.
Some marketplace records and security audit logs may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, security investigations, or legitimate business protection. Retained records are not used to reactivate your account.
We will send confirmation to your account email address when processing is complete. For questions about access, data, or an existing request, contact app.support@duoin.co.

Welcome to Aisle 9. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aisle 9 applications and services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Duoin IT Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
Do not submit false, misleading, inaccurate, or deceptive data; enter personal or sensitive data in non-designated free-text fields; attempt to access unauthorized systems; upload malware; use automated scrapers without written permission; or interfere with the Services or hosted infrastructure.
You retain ownership of original content, price submissions, and notes you post. By submitting store information, prices, votes, and catalog additions, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and aggregate it to operate, improve, and provide the Services.
Pricing and store availability information on Aisle 9 is supplied for informational and crowd-sourced comparison purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of store information or prices. Actual shelf prices at physical retail stores prevail over platform data.
We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, where required by law, if unexpected technical or security issues arise, or if unauthorized access is detected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duoin IT Consulting, its affiliates, directors, employees, and infrastructure providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits or revenues, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from access to or use of the Services, inaccurate pricing or store data, or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of content.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
